P-40 Kittyhawk

The second stamp-design tin of 2023 features a WWII P-40 Kittyhawk fighter aircraft in RNZAF markings, complete with the air force crest and badge. Framed with a red perforated stamp border and a "70c" denomination, this tin honours the pilots who flew these rugged American-built fighters across the Pacific theatre. The larger 360g rectangular format gives the dramatic artwork room to breathe.
